Chief Operating Officer for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
How did you get your start in the industry?
I started as the Controller here in 2003, after two years, I was promoted to COO.
What do you think will be the biggest trends in construction/building over the next year or two?
Smaller homes with increased density, and multi-family projects as rentals.
What is the one Twitter account that you would recommend building professionals follow and why?
NAHB had several accounts I follow. Depending on your segment in the industry, they provide good information about a broad range of residential construction issues.
