(formerly Henkels & McCoy), most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategy. His deep operational expertise, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership make him exceptionally suited for this role at Mark III.

For nearly 18 years, Dan Carlton, President and owner of Mark III, has led the company in both executive and operational capacities. Meanwhile, Randall will take the helm of daily operations, ensuring the successful execution of annual business plans.
