GREYHAWK, an award-winning construction management and consulting firm, has promoted two to senior leadership roles. Robert J. Dinan, PE, CCM, LEED AP, has been named Director of Construction Management and Commissioning. Fritz T. Marth, PE, CFCC, has been named Director of Consulting Services. Dinan joined GREYHAWK in 2002; Marth has been with the firm since 2008.
“I am excited to announce the promotions of Robert Dinan and Fritz Marth to their new leadership roles,” said GREYHAWK CEO Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP. “Both have consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, deep commitment to our core values, and ability to inspire and achieve results.”
Dinan has nearly 30 years of professional construction management experience, including leading GREYHAWK’s involvement on over $300 million of new construction, renovation, and improvement projects for large institutional clients. A decorated U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, Dinan has served as a subject-matter expert for U.S. Army Engineering Operations. He holds an M.S. in Nation Resource Strategy from the National Defense University – Eisenhower School, an M.S. in General Administration from Central Michigan University, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. Dinan is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), National Civil Engineering Honor Society Chi Epsilon, and National Engineering Honor Society Tau Beta Pi. He lives in Marlton, N.J.
“It’s an honor and privilege to be promoted. My success has been due to the great people at GREYHAWK who support me and our clients,” said Dinan. “For my existing clients, nothing will change; they can still pick up the phone at any time of day and I’m going to answer. With business development part of my expanded responsibilities, I look forward to providing new clients with the same level of service.”
Marth has 35+ years of construction experience, specializing in dispute and claims resolution, delay and cost damages analyses, and litigation support. He has led claims analyses on over $3 billion in construction. In addition to directing GREYHAWK’s consulting practice, he also serves as a testifying expert. Marth holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC). He is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI), and he serves on the United States Soccer Federation National Board of Directors. He resides in Hainesport, N.J.
“I am very excited to be taking on a new role,” said Marth. “While my new position will involve greater responsibility, there will be no discontinuity in my personal focus on GREYHAWK's existing clients and attention to the quality of service we provide. I am making it a goal to concurrently grow our client base and our consulting staff, and to position GREYHAWK as one of the leading firms for construction dispute analysis and resolution services.”
“Rob and Fritz’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing key initiatives,” added Kerins. “We are confident their vision will continue to drive GREYHAWK forward to a bright future. GREYHAWK and our clients will benefit from the strengths and strategic contributions they bring to their new positions.”
