American Global is pleased to announce that Thomas Leigh recently joined our New York based claims team as Assistant Vice President. Thomas is a seasoned claims professional, bringing more than three decades of insurance experience to American Global, including 25 years’ specializing in Workers’ Compensation claims across 13 different jurisdictions.

Thomas is the newest member of our ever-growing claims team, expanding the depth and breadth of this essential service department. Thomas’ addition is further evidence of American Global’s ongoing commitment to maintain one of the most highly experienced and dedicated claims’ team in the industry. 

Prior to joining American Global, Thomas served as the Team Manager for Workers’ Compensation at Broadspire, where he spent much of his career building his extensive knowledge base, managing claims operations and training teammates. As part of Broadspire’s construction vertical, Thomas oversaw the claims handling and processes related to OCIP, CCIP and ADR programs. He has managed multiple teams of adjusters for various groups as well as outside investigation units. Tom’s outstanding technical expertise and desire to build strong relationships will also be a valuable addition to the team.
