Kitchell Contractors recently named two new executives to leadership positions within the company. Phil Glenn was named Vice President of Operations and Aron Kirch was named Regional Executive - Arizona. Both are long-tenured employees with deep experience in healthcare building.
Glenn joined Kitchell in 2008 and has been the primary lead overseeing construction of the largest healthcare project in Maricopa County, Valleywise Health Medical Center. His experience extends to a wide range of projects in Arizona and California, mastering the art of collaboration to address challenges and formulate solutions. He is a product of ASU’s Construction Management program and is a DBIA professional.
Aron Kirch began his Kitchell career as an intern 18 years ago while working on his degree in Construction Management from NAU. He has managed several complex healthcare projects on behalf of Phoenix Children’s, HonorHealth, Mayo Clinic and UCSD. He is an ASHE-certified healthcare constructor, a pediatric healthcare expert and has been recognized as an ENR 20 Under 40 honoree.
The appointment of these two executives is part of a strategic succession effort at Kitchell, which consists of four distinct operating companies: Kitchell Contractors Inc., Kitchell Capital Expenditure Managers (CEM), Kitchell Development Company and American Refrigeration Supplies. Through these companies, Kitchell provides a wide array of building services ranging from real estate development and program management and construction management to general contracting and facility management, as well as wholesale refrigeration and HVAC supplies.
