To celebrate Construction Safety Week, Aprovechar Language Solutions has launched a free eBook geared toward helping foremen and site workers communicate better between Spanish and English on a daily basis. Speaking the same language can help increase job site safety and increase team morale by preventing miscommunications and cultural misunderstanding.

Aprovechar Language Solutions provides custom English and Spanish classes and education to construction companies nationwide, and employs a variety of resources to teach a language, including interactive games, children’s books, music, and interactive intercambio (bilingual) workshops. Only when learning is fun and engaging can adults be motivated to go to class after a hard day’s work – but learning takes time. In the meantime, additional visual aids can be used to communicate colors, tools, numbers, and shapes, among others.
