To best serve customers with soil mixing needs, Forgen has hired Dave Miller as Executive Director, Geotechnical Operations.

With over 35 years of experience in ground improvement techniques on an international scale, Miller specializes in soil mixing projects from conception to completion. A veteran of well-established geotechnical firms, Miller has spent the last six years as a consultant in geotechnical construction supporting projects involving cutoff walls, ground stabilization, and excavation.

As Executive Director of Geotechnical Operations, Miller will manage and oversee key efforts involving in-situ soil mixing, deep mixing method, slurry cutoff walls, and other specialty geotechnical applications. He will also serve as a key resource to both clients and internal teams by providing technical reviews of project plans and specifications.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and serves as Chairman of DFI’s Soil Mixing Committee.
