Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, announces the hiring of Emily Livorsi as Vice President of People.
Livorsi has over fourteen years of experience in management consulting, HR technology, and coaching programs. She has deployed and implemented leadership development solutions that reach thousands of leaders. Emily is most passionate about helping leaders in the construction industry grow to their fullest potential and achieve greater results with their partners and clients, on projects and with their teams. In a previous role, Emily was hands-on in creating some of Catamount’s leadership programs and trainings.
Emily will lead Catamount people programs, including overseeing cultural health, internal leadership development, Human Resources, and recruiting. Emily will be working closely with existing Director of People, Ellen Towne, as Ellen transitions into special projects management.

Livorsi holds both a PhD and Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO; and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Latin American Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
