A mezzanine itself is an intermediate level inside a building.  However, the secret to Panel Built’s affordable and efficient space delivery is found within the design and fabrication of their mezzanines.  As a modular construction company with nearly 25 years’ experience in the industry, Panel Built has developed a modular mezzanine system that is fully fabricated within one of their four state-of-the-art facilities. With no additional fabrication needed on site, the modular mezzanine system can be easily erected piece by piece inside the facility.  This modular construction method creates shorter overall project times and reduces the overall disturbance at the project site.  So facilities can easily and quickly address their space needs while minimizing their site downtime.

Panel Built mezzanine systems are constructed from heavy-duty steel construction that satisfies government and military requirements.  The systems are designed, engineered, fabricated, shipped, and installed by Panel Built and are designed to meet IBC and/or OSHA code requirements.  Although the mezzanine systems are prefabricated, each project is custom designed to meet the customer’s specific space needs, meaning no ‘cookie cutter’ designs are used.
