McGraw Hill-Construction has created a reference website for designers who need to research precast concrete products for their projects.
The site, the Sweets Resource Center, requires registration, but there is no fee.
"This resource center is designed to meet the needs of architects and design professionals who are researching, comparing, selecting and specifying precast concrete," the website's introduction explains. Manufacturers list their products but have to follow a consistent form to make comparison easier for professionals who are looking for the right product for their project.
