CoreLogic Home Price Index — March 7
Home prices rose 0.8% from November to December and were up 7.2% year-over-year. Economists are forecasting a slowdown in that growth, starting in markets such as those on the West Coast where price growth has been the strongest, as more inventory there comes online. Meanwhile, high prices have shifted the centers of housing demand, and stronger home-value appreciation is now being seen in the South. CoreLogic will release its Home Price Index for January on Tuesday, March 7, indicating the state of home prices at the national and state level.
Right-to-work legislation feature — March 9
