"Future of the Field" series: — Nov. 7
We continue our series on young professionals with 30-year-old Paul Tse, a project manager at HVAC company Shapiro & Duncan in Rockville, MD. In May, Tse testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce on the importance of technical education programs in the construction trades. On Monday, Nov. 7, we check in with Tse to learn more about his experience in apprenticeship programs and why a four-year degree isn't a fit for everyone.

In our feature article on Thursday, Nov. 10, we'll find out what firms should consider when choosing future leaders, and how a succession plan can be executed effectively.
