Dive Insight:
Another point of interest in this project is the Left Coast Lifter, a crane that sits on a barge larger than a football field. The arrival of the crane, scheduled for later this summer, is turning into a much anticipated event. Brian Conybeare, a special advisor to the governor for this project, said that he is constantly asked about it.
