The U.S. Supreme Court may decide as early as Thursday to hear Jacobs Engineering Group’s lawsuit to overturn Minnesota’s attempt to collect millions of dollars from the company to fund payouts made to victims of the Interstate 35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis in 2007.
The American Society of Civil Engineers and the Associated General Contractors have filed court briefs in support of Jacobs’ request for a hearing.
