Turkey, pumpkin pie and football are the foundations of a traditional Thanksgiving Day, and contractors across the country had a hand in constructing new stadiums where some of those football games will be played this year.

2020 was noteworthy not only for new professional football venues including Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (shown above), but also for a Major League Baseball stadium and several pro soccer facilities. Despite setbacks from the COVID-19 pandemic that brought outbreaks to some large sports projects, stadium and arena work continued as essential across most of the country.
