Skanska in $55 million deal to build someone's U.S. headquarters

Skanska announced a $55 million construction management contract with a confidential client to build a new U.S. headquarters building in the Northeast.
The project, which includes the building's core, shell and other elements, will be scheduled for completion in summer 2013.
Skanska USA Building will include the order in its bookings for the second quarter.
