• Work is underway on a Iraqi Ministry of Housing project, which was awarded to Sama Al Douh Contracting and Real Estate Investments.
• RW Middle East, a UAE partner company of Rotondo Weirich, is working on the project, which will be located in Simawah, Iraq, and include 1,308 homes, as well as a mosque, schools and other amenities and infrastructure.
• The project is expected to involve work  worth about $98 million U.S. dollars.
