Media reports in recent months have highlighted the importance of construction site security. In St. George, Utah, last month, a construction firm owner called police to one of his jobsites in Washington City after a security system installed on the site showed thieves attempting to steal nearly $10,000 worth of equipment, according to St. George News. The police caught the suspects in the act and arrested them.
“Security of small to mid-sized jobsites is often overlooked, and Ring Jobsite Security directly addresses security issues contractors face," said Jamie Siminoff, founder and chief inventor of Ring, in the release. "Now they can leverage the entire suite of Ring devices and services to create a personalized solution that works best for them.”
