• The Obama administration has suspended any effort to deport illegal immigrants who were brought to this country when they were 16 or younger and who are in school or graduated high school or have an honorable military discharge.
• The potential problem for employers is that if an immigrant trusts the offer and comes forward to get a work permit is already working for them, their I-9 efforts begin to look weak, even if they aren't.
