Stiles Construction has started work on a new mixed-use development with numerous “green” features at the southern gateway to Plantation, Fla.’s Midtown District.
The development consists of a new luxury apartment community – a joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) – and the adjacent University Shoppes, which Stiles owns and is redeveloping.
Located on a prime site at the northwest quadrant of University Drive and I-595, the residential/retail project will add dimension to the Midtown area’s emerging live-work lifestyle.
