Chicago-based ReferBoost, a new service that allows property managers to keep track of all their property reviews, in addition to showing them particular residents to target who would be willing to write positive reviews or refer their friends to lease in the community.
It helps managers deal with the problem of privately generated Web pages that may offer a different view of the property from what owners have carefully crafted on their own websites.
"The services we provide include managing for a bunch of different user-generated content sites – from review sites to social media – in the context of an apartment," ReferBoost President Matthew Hartman told Multi-Housing News.
