Beginning with the webinar “Business Planning and Management for Construction,” at 2 p.m. (ET) on March 28, Associated Builders and Contractors is launching a free monthly webinar series designed to help small and emerging contractors develop, sustain and improve their businesses and remain competitive.

During the first webinar, Freda L. Thomas, MBA, who is the principal owner of a business management consulting firm, will help attendees focus on assessing or re-assessing the legal form of their company; developing a succession/business continuation plan; managing/controlling growth; and assembling a business team.
