Twitter Handle: @SteveProForce
What is your day job?
Part-time Marketing Specialist and Social Networking Guru for the construction industry (semi-retired).
How did you get your start in construction/product industry?
Started in 1965 as a lumber counter salesperson and 47 years later, still love the business.
What do you think will be the biggest trends in construction/building over the next year or two?
Building science that has the goal of improving energy use in residential and commercial construction.
What is the one Twitter account that you would recommend building professionals follow and why?
@ProudGreenHome is my favorite, but, I'm a green construction junkie. For everyone, I love @OldHouseWeb because of its combination of technical and interesting articles for existing homes.
My last comment is that I'm so happy to see the evolution to better quality construction. There is a reason why homes built in the early 1900s hold up so well and the ones built in the last 50 years are "papier-mâché." (Great builders excluded.)
