The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited SP&K Construction with 11 safety violations for which it could face more than $77,000 in fines.
SP&K was working on a project in Brooklyn's Brighton Beach section when three floors collapsed as concrete was being poured on Nov. 8.
OSHA says the building's structural frame wasn't properly braced, the exterior walls weren't aligned correctly and the scaffolding on the building wasn't sufficiently braced.
